TU Summer Games
Welcome to the Exciting Summer Games!
Get ready for an incredible summer filled with fun, competition, and fantastic prizes! Our upcoming Summer Games are designed to keep our members motivated, active, and socially connected throughout the sunny months ahead.
Whether you're a sports enthusiast, a fitness enthusiast, or simply someone looking for an opportunity to have a great time, our Summer Games have something for everyone.
How it works
The summer games will take place over June, July and August. There will be at least 3 events you can participate in each month either on your own or with other TU members.
The events will include a monthly timed hyrox inspired workout that will be done within TU classes, team hikes, local run events, tough mudders, outdoor boot camps and other team socials. You will be able to RSVP for these via the events section below.
1 event completed = 1 entry into the draw to win a place on the next Urban fitness retreat in Greece. There will also be other prizes for the winners of the monthly workout events. You will record the events and any times you complete them in via booklet that you can collect at reception.
At Train Urban, we are thrilled to introduce our Hyrox-Inspired Monthly Workouts.
Each workout will feature four invigorating stations, strategically targeting different muscle groups and boosting overall endurance. With a timed effort to complete all sections, you'll push yourself to achieve your best results.
These exciting workouts will seamlessly be incorporated into our Train Urban classes during the last week of the month, allowing you to experience the thrill and benefits of Hyrox training alongside our supportive fitness community.
As part of our monthly membership, you will also be able to book a time to use the TU class space to attempt the workout challenges in your own time. This is available to book via the 'additional session' booking service and times will be logged on our in house leader board. All attempts must be recorded within TU.

We have curated a diverse range of activities that cater to all fitness levels and interests. From exhilarating hikes through picturesque trails to local run events that challenge your endurance, there's something for everyone.
For the adventurous souls, we are organising thrilling Tough Mudder challenges that will test your strength, agility, and mental grit. Additionally, we understand it's not just about the fitness, so we will be planning various team socials where you can get to know your fellow members.
