Conditioning
Our Conditioning class prioritises fitness and endurance, using varied protocols on ergs, sleds, and more. Strength work is minimal, with the focus on building your engine.

HYROX
Join us for Hyrox class, a high-intensity conditioning class featuring Hyrox movements. This class builds strength, boosts endurance, and prepares you for peak performance.
